Possui o Bacharelato em Engenharia Eletrotécnica, ramo Energia e Sistemas de Potência, pelo Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa e a Licenciatura em Engenharia e Gestão Industrial pela Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Nova de Lisboa
Membro efectivo da Ordem dos Engenheiros integrado no colégio de Engenharia Mecânica.
Há 32 anos que exerce a sua atividade nas empresas SP4 Engenharia, Lda e Energia Azul, Lda como projectista e consultor na área da engenharia mecânica e eletrotécnica tendo-se especializado fiscalização de obras publicas (como colaborador do Grupo Coba) e na optimização de sistemas de AVAC e GTC e na resolução de problemas relacionados com a Qualidade de Energia.
Colaborador externo da DGLAB desde 2014 sendo responsável pelo acompanhamento das instalações técnicas e ampliação dos sistemas de GTC e pelo desenvolvimento e implementação das medidas de eficiência energética que iremos de seguida apresentar.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Energy and Power Systems, from the Lisbon Higher Institute of Engineering, and a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculty of Science and Technology of the New University of Lisbon
He is a full member of the Order of Engineers, integrated in the Mechanical Engineering college.
For 32 years, he has worked at SP4 Engenharia, Lda and Energia Azul, Lda as a designer and consultant in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, specializing in the supervision of public works (as a collaborator of the Coba Group) and in the optimization of HVAC and GTC systems and in solving problems related to Energy Quality.
He has been an external collaborator at DGLAB since 2014, responsible for monitoring technical installations and expanding GTC systems, as well as developing and implementing the energy efficiency measures.
